Our Process

Pacamara, a distinguished coffee variety, stands out as a captivating and flavorful gem within the world of specialty coffee. A hybrid born from the marriage of the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties, Pacamara inherits the best traits from both parents, resulting in a unique and exceptional coffee experience.

This variety is renowned for its large, elongated beans, which contribute to its distinct appearance. The plants themselves are characterized by their vigor and resilience, thriving in diverse coffee-producing regions with varying altitudes and climates. Pacamara is often cultivated in high-altitude regions, allowing the beans to develop slowly, leading to a denser and more nuanced flavor profile.

Upon harvesting, Pacamara beans reveal a captivating aroma that teases the senses with hints of floral and fruity notes. The flavor profile is rich and complex, offering a harmonious balance of bright acidity and a full-bodied, velvety texture. One can expect a symphony of tasting notes, ranging from floral tones and hints of jasmine to vibrant citrus, berries, and a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate.

The unique combination of Pacas and Maragogipe genetics imparts a cup of Pacamara coffee with a delightful complexity that appeals to coffee connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike. Whether enjoyed as a single-origin pour-over or incorporated into espresso blends, Pacamara's versatility and exceptional taste make it a sought-after choice for those seeking a premium and memorable coffee experience.
