Bourbon is one of many varieties growing on Finca Deborah. The tropical rainforest environment & high altitudes result in the finest representation of this popular and valued variety. Bourbon is known for their rich and complex flavor profile, often exhibiting notes of chocolate, caramel, red fruits, and florals, depending processing methods. The variety thrives at high altitudes, where slower cherry maturation enhances sugar development, resulting in a naturally sweeter and more nuanced cup.
