Questions, answered.

Choosing a coffee, brewing it, and getting it to your door. If it isn’t here, the roastery is a message away.
Choosing a coffee

Start with the Gateway Geishas in the Fundamental Series. They’re processed the same way as our competition lots and start at $16. If you’d rather we chose, finish one sentence and we’ll pick a coffee for you.

Every process has its own color, and it’s the same color on the box, on the card inside and on this site. Once you find a color you like, you can reorder by color, or shop by color to find others processed the same way.

Anthology is our competition shelf, grown on our own farms. Fundamental is Geisha from our partner farms in Volcán, processed by us. Traditional is Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon: classic, balanced, and great with milk.

You’ll taste the difference in a flat white, but you’ll taste much more of it black. For milk drinks, The Foundation and Caturra Natural in the Traditional Series are built for it.

Drink it within six weeks of the roast date printed inside the box, which is why we roast to order. Keep the box sealed, at room temperature, away from light.

We ship whole bean only, and it’s worth it: ground coffee loses its aromatics within minutes. A burr grinder is the best upgrade you can make.

Orders and shipping

Most orders ship within 48 hours. Some coffees are roasted to order and need an extra day or two. We roast twice a week, so your box arrives days off the roaster, not months.

Free US shipping on orders over $100.

Email sales@savagecoffees.net within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund it. Full details are in the shipping policy.

Coffee is perishable, so opened coffee can’t be returned. Unopened items in their original packaging can. See the refund policy.
